Marie was recently asked to hold a seminar on Complementary Therapies in Cancer Care for Reflexology, Reiki and Massage Practitioners, as part of the FHT Virtual Congress Complementary Therapy Seminars Series, held in June.

As part of the seminar, Marie developed a self treatment massage for therapists, for the Arm, Neck, Head and Scalp. Please view video below.

It is so easy to forget how important it is that we all take some time for ourselves. Instead of coming up with reasons why you can’t do exercise, have an holistic treatment, meditate or relax, make a list of what you want to do, where you can do it and how.
