Clinical Practice Placements is a new initiative created by Butterfly Touch Therapies Training to benefit supporting patients, healthcare services and complementary therapists alike.

This initiative has been created so qualified massage, reflexology or reiki therapists can gain clinical experience under the guidance of a Complementary Therapy Lead in hospices or cancer care centres.

In exchange for therapists providing 20 hours of therapy treatments to patients or carers, they will in return gain guidance, supervision and experience within a clinical setting. At the end of their placement they will receive a certificate from the hospice/centre for Clinical Practice. There is no charge and all processing material is free to participating centres.
